Product Return Policy

  • 1) Return Period:
    Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
  • 2) Reasons for Return:
    • 2.1: If the order was incorrectly supplied (e.g., wrong items delivered).
    • 2.2: If there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • 3) Condition for Return:
    Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and unused. The product must have its original labels intact and be returned in the original packaging.
  • 4) Delivery Charges:
    Should a return be necessary, the delivery charge incurred by the customer will be fully refunded.
  • 5) Refund Timeline:
    Upon receiving the returned parcel from the customer, refunds are processed and completed within a period of 30 days.
