A constant question we hear at Zerene is "Why don't you sell your products on your website?" The answer is unfortunately diversion.

Diversion is when you see professional products for sale at various websites online, or at your local grocery or drug stores. It means that these businesses may have obtained these professional products illegally by unethical stylists and salon owners and are selling them unlawfully with out the manufacturers consent.

The problem that we face as professionals is that these products may have been tampered with. As a consumer you have no idea or guarantee what is in that bottle as there are no standards associated with it. It may be old, contaminated, stolen, or counterfeit. Diversion degrades the professionalism and credibility of professional products and prohibits the guarantee that all of our Pureology products hold when purchased in our salon by our professional hairstylists/colourists.

Due to the strict standards that PureOlogy upholds, it is imperative that we only sell our products through our salon and not through our website.
